SweProd Graphics is one of Scandinavia's leading suppliers of industrial printed matter, with its own production in Visby. We are growing and are now looking for more operators who want to help deliver the right quality at the right time to our customers worldwide.

With us, you will work with various machines and production processes. You don't need to know everything from the start – for us, your willingness and ability to learn, develop, and contribute are at least as important as your previous experience.

About the job

As an operator at SweProd, you are an important part of our production and contribute to us delivering the right quality at the right time.

You will work hands-on with our machines and production processes, from preparing and setting up machines to monitoring production and checking that the result maintains the correct quality. When something doesn't go as planned, you need to be able to notice it, try to understand why, and help find a solution.

Our production consists of several different processes, and we want to build broad competence within our teams. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to successively learn more machines and work tasks and sometimes help out where the need is greatest.

We also want our operators to be involved in developing production, to be curious about how we can work better, and to gladly contribute with their own ideas and solutions.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you are a person who likes technology and machines and finds it easy to understand how things work. You don't need to know our machines from the start. Most important is that you are curious and have the ability and willingness to learn.

You work meticulously and feel responsible for ensuring that what you do is correct. When something doesn't work as intended, you notice it, try to understand why, and help find a solution. If you can't solve it yourself, you take the initiative to escalate the issue, instead of leaving the problem to someone else.

You also need to thrive in a dynamic environment where conditions can change. With us, this may mean that you need to be flexible, learn new machines and processes, or contribute competence and experience to a colleague or another department.

And perhaps most importantly, you are a team player who contributes to the whole and helps others succeed.

The work is practical and at times physically demanding.

Previous experience from production, industry, or machine work is an advantage, but not a requirement. For us, the right person and potential are at least as important as what you have already done.

A forklift license is an advantage.
